Paul Laskowske

LMFT

Paul Laskowske received his Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Richmont Graduate University in Chattanooga, and is licensed in the state of Tennessee. Paul helps people who have lost their way get reconnected – to God, to spouse or family, to themselves and their own dreams and goals. He works with missionaries or third-culture kids (TCKs) wrestling with cultural identity and stress; with individuals or families struggling through anxiety, conflict, and other issues creating distance among those they love; and with people pursuing the soul healing God offers from the wounds of life’s suffering.

Paul has a holistic approach for counseling individuals that starts with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as a foundation, and integrates interpersonal, narrative, and attachment concepts with a Christian worldview. When working with couples, he also includes elements of Emotionally Focused Therapy and Gottman Method skills.

Paul, his wife Rachel, and their family enjoy tabletop games of all sorts, the changing seasons, and staying connected with friends and family members around the world.

Paul is currently accepting new clients. He is in-network with BCBS. The fee for a 50 minute session is $145 (with a $5 discount if using cash or check to avoid credit card convenience fees).
